Back on it...well blogging at least.
So it's pretty much safe to say that posting on weekends will be very rare if not non-existent. I def didn't work out at all, I tried to eat healthy...and did for the most part. Anna's party on Sat night was tough though. Lot's of good food and desserts washed down by a lot of Captain shots and Bud Lights, totally worth it. Sunday was ok, had a nice healthy lunch with Jessica and then Mom Dukes and I went over to see the Jones' where we ate meatloaf and probably the best scalloped potatoes I've ever had...I'll chalk up that night as a loss in the diet game. Oh well, I started feeling ill that night and I'm still trying to get better. I'm staying home today to try and recover and rest but we'll see how that goes. We are getting our roof redone today so at the moment there's donkeys making a ton of noise on top of the Negron residence. I weighed myself this morning before my shower and was at 220, down 6 total pounds from my starting weight at 226. Keep it up donkey!

So yesterday I was doing fine until we had a party at work. I started off well with some fruit, cheese, half of a sandwich and a quiche...then I had a little bit of lasagna and some more cheese. I HAD to have a little bit of dessert so I had one cream puff thingie and a small slice of cake...oh and 2 beers, haha. I def have to make up for it today, I might try to squeeze in a work out after work but not sure since I'm djing tonight and I have to pack my stuff up and make sure I'm set for the night...I'm getting excited/nervous already for the gig. I'm looking forward to seeing Chad and Mariana who are in town from NYC for the Inauguration...and I love seeing my Nena do a little dance for me while I'm djing...gets me everytime. Holla holla holla.

Sore!
What up hurtings? So I finally worked out last night. I took it easy and just jogged/walked for 15 min and did some pushup with the "perfect pushup" and did some tricep work with my horrible dumbells. I felt a little tight when I went to bed and when I woke up I could def feel the soreness setting in. Now, I'm at work and it's gotten worse, but it's a good feeling. More cardio today and some more lifting, but nothing crazy.

Lunch...
I picked up a footlong Subway club on white, I wanted wheat but they didn't have any ready! DAGGERRRRR! I was bitter for a bit, but hey...it could be a lot worse. I opted for the meal and got a small bag of Baked Lays and some iced tea. I'm currently punishing the footlong...pause while listening to Big O and Dukes while on my "lunch break" at my desk. I'll probably have another clementine for a snack later and then head home for the first work out in forever. Should be interesting and painful....awesome.
