No more laziness and eating whatever!
Alright, so today is the day where it all changes (at least I hope). When I get back to eating healthy and working out. I did it last year and had good results but I got off track and gained all the weight back. So far today I've had a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, a banana, two clementines (which I just leared were only 35 calories per) and a coffee. We will see how lunch goes.
